Refund and Returns Policy

At Royakis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Lingerie, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.
